  • 65 lei în Chișinău pentru comenzi sub 2000 lei;

What warranty does pensees.md offer?

Each bag or accessory is handcrafted from carefully selected natural materials. Due to the artisanal process and the organic nature of the leather, slight variations in color, texture, or minor irregularities may occur. These are not considered defects, but rather authentic characteristics of the natural material — adding uniqueness to every piece.

Certificate of Quality & Warranty

The warranty confirms the quality of Pensées products and applies to all items purchased through our official website: www.pensees.md..
The buyer's rights are guaranteed in accordance with Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection..

To benefit from the warranty, please keep the receipt or invoice received at the time of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

At Pensees.md , we offer free repair services during the warranty period for the following elements:

  • Metal accessories;
  • Damaged painted edges (leather edge paint);
  • Open or broken stitches.

The warranty period is 30 calendar days, starting from the date of product delivery. During this period both repair and transportation costs are fully covered by the manufacturer.

For any issues that occur after the 30-day warranty period but within 12 months of purchase, our team will gladly assist with repairs. However , shipping costs will be covered by the customer..

The resolution time for a warranty claim is no more than 14 calendar days from the date the request is registered.

Please read and follow the care instructions specific to each product to avoid voiding the warranty.

Warranty Does Not Apply in the Following Cases:

  • Normal physical or aesthetic wear and tear due to regular use;
  • Discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to sun, moisture, heat, or other environmental factors;
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.);
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling (extreme temperatures, high humidity,  etc.);
  • Improper use or using the product for purposes other than its intended function;
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or dyeing by third parties;
  • External damage: mechanical impact (tearing, snagging, scratching), pets, rodents, etc.
  • Improper care (cleaning with unsuitable products or methods).

How to Keep Your Pensées Bag in Its Best Shape
  • Don’t Overload It
  • Overfilling your bag can cause deformation and weaken the stitching.
  • Store It Properly
  • When not in use, keep your bag in a dry place, away from direct sunlight — ideally in the cotton dust bag it came with.
  • Maintain Its Shape
  • To prevent creases or distortion, fill the interior with soft, ink-free paper to help it keep its form.
